Sri is RWIs Programme Officer at Jakarta office. In this role, her mission is to manage projects on issues of disaster displacement and climate change and oversee inclusive activities with universities and ministries. Her work also focuses on improving academics and stakeholder engagement within this thematic focus.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia. She began her career as a grant and knowledge manager at Tifa Foundation, and later worked as a migration specialist overseeing the migration programme in Indonesia. With a fierce passion for labor migration issues, she worked for Justice without Borders facilitating transnational access to justice for migrant workers within the Indonesia-Hong Kong and Indonesia-Singapore corridor.

With over 15 years of experience, she has worked in various research teams on issues related to gender, child rights, and migration for UN Women, ILO, and OXFAM, and as a consultant for Open Society Foundation. Prior to joining RWI, she worked with UNDP Indonesia on the Sustainable Palm Oil Initiative (SPOI), facilitating the engagement between the government and private sector entities.
