As RWIs Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer, Dina is responsible for capturing the progress and results of programme implementation. She works closely with programme officers across all thematic areas and plays a key role in ensuring that progress aligns with set indicators and targets.
Having completed both her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and master’s degree in Population and Labor Studies from the University of Indonesia, she has robust experience in the development sector and research institutions. She has worked with programme development for See Far and as an M&E and quantitative data analyst for Jakarta Smart City. Prior to joining RWI, she worked as a MEAL Officer for Oxfam in Indonesia, particularly on projects related to gender and women empowerment.
With over 9 years of work experience, she has been planning and arranging activities such as training programmes with local government, working with partners and donors, as well as participating in knowledge-sharing sessions with offices in the region.
As a result-oriented professional, she is inspired by seeing positive change and results unfold, while critically identifying areas for improvement. When Dina is not in the office, she finds excitement in developing her quantitative data skills. She also enjoys stepping away from screens to look at the sky or spend a day surrounded by nature.
