In partnership with UCLG ASPAC and the City of Gwangju, RWI have jointly organised Blended Learning Courses (BLC) on human rights for local governments since 2019.


The 2021 BLC aims to introduce concepts, experiences, and networks on localizing human rights in the SDGs process to local governments throughout Asia Pacific, as well as how to leverage it in reshaping city planning to achieve sustainability and more inclusive recovery for urban resilience.
